and yet to realise that Blair's wardrobe is falling downhill, i find her sometimes wearing what my mom would wear. I love Jenny, i just love her.

so that quote was stupid cause.
obviously the person who called her a bitch means the Second meaning.
but to turn it all around, the recipiant wants to laugh at the "stupidness" by describing the first meaning. get me? no?
